As women traveling alone, we loved the hotel's convenient location near Central station and Alster lake. The hotel had a coffee machine and kettle available upon request, and there were plenty of cafes nearby. The breakfast buffet in the grand restaurant was excellent, and the staff, particularly Felix in concierge, were helpful and reassuring when we encountered travel difficulties.
Felt so relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! Its location right opposite the central train station made it so easy to get around. I loved that they had a spa and wellness centre with amazing body wraps and massages. Plus, the room amenities like the ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and in-room safe really added to my comfort. The staff were incredibly helpful and their tours/ticket assistance is a great service to have.
I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel located right across the street from the back entrance to the main train station. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was near the central station and only 1 to 2 stops away from popular tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-equipped gym that was open 24 hours. The staff was friendly and cute, making my check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free.

This hotel is in a perfect location, right next door to a bakery and within close proximity to the train station and main shopping district. The rooms are large, modern, and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is delicious and there is a variety of options to choose from. The lobby is cool and comfortable.
The air conditioning in the guest rooms is inadequate, making it uncomfortable to sleep, especially during hot weather.

I had a fantastic stay at Reichshof Hotel. The hotel itself is a beautiful blend of historic charm and modern design. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and I especially loved the spacious shower. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main station and close to many attractions. During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the spacious family room that comfortably accommodated my family of three. The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath was a great addition. The cleaning staff did an really good job in keeping the room super clean every morning. having a Nespresso machine in the room was a good perk. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area and find good restaurants. Taxis were easily accessible and reasonably priced, adding to the convenience factor.
. The bar only opened at 8 PM as we would have loved a cozy pre-dinner drink.
